With the recent clash between India and China, I was just scrolling all over the social media specially YouTube and one thing I found common everywhere that people around the globe are hating china specially their government for their actions. I have some good reasons to not hate them. Let’s discuss about them.
Yes of course, china is our enemy because they are extending their territory by occupying others but what’s wrong in this. I mean, just look at the history of humans, for centuries British empire ruled all over the world because they were powerful. I think, it is just a usual human behaviour to have a desire of being powerful, even we do this where we can. For instance, a husband tries to dominate over his wife, parents try to dominate their children, everybody does this shit.

Guys this is the first ever raksha bandhan I am away from my sister coz I am in Varanasi and she is in Rohtak,haryana. Today I am missing her too much. She is very intelligent as compare to me and irritating too😁😁(from my pt. Of view she is irritating but in actually she is too caring coz she is older than me). When I was with her we always fight and sometime situation goes out of control and when she complained to dad then he always scold me 😣 and we can’t talk to each other for weeks😅😅.
Now, when I am with my mother nobody is here to fight with me. I am felling too alone here. This is the first time I am missing her toooooo much🥺🥺.

Fitness is the most important tool for success. For massive success you will have to fit mentally, physical and emotionally fit.

Among them anger, hatereted are negative emotions and love, compassion and forgiveness are positive emotions. Hlww dear,hope u guys are doing gud. After a long time I am posting the reason that why I am not posting is in this blog.
Srry guys this is not a fitness blog. Guys, if u read out my previous award blogs u guys are able to found that I am away from my parents during this pandemic and live with my uncle in Rohtak city,haryana,India for my clg studies, but my parents are in Varanasi,U.P . I many time told him let me go alone but he can’t allow me travel alone( I know he is right)
My happiness is no limit when I hear that my older bro is going to Varanasi for his work, when I requested to my uncle again them he allows me to travel with my brother.
The another prob. arises when I entered in my village. All the villager neglect me to enter in the village but coz of my father identity I got an entry in the village with some condition and the condition are quiet difficult for me. The conditions are as follow:-
1:- I can’t use any gadget(mine too)🤬
2:- I have’t allow to meet any of my buddies.😔
3:- There is my seperate room 😔.
They all treat me like corona patient(while I also had reports of being negative)😊 but I know all these conditions are good for me, my family and the village too and all the prob.are for 14 days but inspite of the happiness of meeting my parents these condition is not even there.

Everyone wants six packs abs,while it’s not alway easy to get strong,sexy abdominal muscles, you can find ur inner sic packs, or at least a stronger, flatter midsection, when u combine healthy eating with a solid fitness routiene that include endurance and specific training for ur abs and core.
1:-Clean up ur diet:-
The first step to finding ur six packs abs is to clean up ur diet. If u want to see ur ab muscles, you’ll likelyneed to decrease ur overall body fat.For this eat more vegetable, nuts, fruitsand avocados.
Try to include healthy food in ur meal. eat some protien for breakfast, lots of vegetable, fruitsand fibre and drink water rather than calorie laden beverage.
Some healthy foods (like nuts and avocado) are high in fat and calorie.
2:-Add high intensity training:-
If u want to get fit faster and burn more caloriue in less time, don’t spend all ur time in the so-called fat-burning zone. Instead, add some high-intensitytraining to ur workout a couple of times each week.
**High-intensity interval training(HIIT) is a great way to strengthen a abdominal muscles while boosting cardiovascular fitness.**
You can also boost ur overall cardiovascular fitness with this type of training.
3:-Perform regular cardio:-
Aerobic exercise is one of the safest way to burn calorie over a long period of time while maintaining heart healthy.Simply modifying ur diet or reducing ur calorie without exercise will lead to initial weight loss, but you’ll likely reach a plateau and u also lose muscle.
A personal exercise plan that has a solod base of cardiovascular exercise will help ur maintain exercise for the long-term, and maintain ur maucle mass.
So get out for a nice long walk, a hike or a swin.
4:-Build more muscles:-
Strength training is an essential part of most fitnerss routiene, but if u want a six packs abd building more muscles can help. Strength training with weight lifting not only helps build muscles, but that muscles can help boost ur metabolism and increase muscles definition.
If performed as part of HIIT, it can also be a great way to burn lots of calorie in a short time.Strengthning the muscles, tendons, and ligaments also helps reduce strains and helps to prevent many sports injuries.

1:-Jumps squats 2:-Reverse lunges 3:-Step-ups 4:-Single legs deadlifts :-Hip bridges **i would like to suggest u that plizz perform leg workout 1 day before the rest day ** 1:-Jumps squats:- Reps:-3 set of 10 reps How to :-Stand with ur feetjust outside hip width. Drive hips back and then down. k eep chest up and focus on ur hips breaking below ur knees crease. Pushinto heels to stand. Muscle targeted:-Quads,hamstring,lower back and core.
2:-Reverse lunges:- Reps:-3 set of 10 reps How to :-Satrt standing. Step ur left foot back into a lunge, keeping right foot flat, right shin vertical, and chest up. step left foot forward and repeat on the right. For a jumpimg lunges, explode up quickly from the bottom of the lunge, switching ut feet in the air and controling ur landing Muscle targeted:-Quads, glutes, hamstring, calves, core.
3:-Step up:- Reps:-3 set of 15 reps on each leg How to :-If u have a bench or a box to step on, lest right foot and place it on the box. keep chest up and right shin vertical, push into right heel and step up onto the box. Maintain control as u return to the starting position. Muscle targeted:-Glutes, hamstring, calves, and core
4:-Single leg deadlift:– Reps:-3 set of 15 rep each leg. How to:-Atart with left foot planted on the floor. Hinging at ur hips, with a slight bend in left knee, reach arms forward and push right foot back. Focus on keeping hips and shoulder in one line. Flex ur back ankle and press ur heel toward the walll behind u. Squeeze glutes and drive right leg forward to the starting position. Muscle targeted:-Hmstring, glutes, ankles, and core
5:-Hip bridges:- Reps:-3 set of 12 rep. How to:-Lie on ur back with knee bent and feet flat on the floor. You should be able to touch your heels with ur fingertips. Brace core, squeeze glutes, push into hee, and lift ur hips until shoulder, hips, and knees are in a line. Slowly lower ur hips back to the floor and repeat. Muscle targeted:-Glutes, hamstring, hip adductors, core and obliques.
