Everyone wants six packs abs,while it’s not alway easy to get strong,sexy abdominal muscles, you can find ur inner sic packs, or at least a stronger, flatter midsection, when u combine healthy eating with a solid fitness routiene that include endurance and specific training for ur abs and core.
1:-Clean up ur diet:-
The first step to finding ur six packs abs is to clean up ur diet. If u want to see ur ab muscles, you’ll likelyneed to decrease ur overall body fat.For this eat more vegetable, nuts, fruitsand avocados.
Try to include healthy food in ur meal. eat some protien for breakfast, lots of vegetable, fruitsand fibre and drink water rather than calorie laden beverage.
Some healthy foods (like nuts and avocado) are high in fat and calorie.
2:-Add high intensity training:-
If u want to get fit faster and burn more caloriue in less time, don’t spend all ur time in the so-called fat-burning zone. Instead, add some high-intensitytraining to ur workout a couple of times each week.

Strength training is an essential part of most fitnerss routiene, but if u want a six packs abd building more muscles can help. Strength training with weight lifting not only helps build muscles, but that muscles can help boost ur metabolism and increase muscles definition.
If performed as part of HIIT, it can also be a great way to burn lots of calorie in a short time.Strengthning the muscles, tendons, and ligaments also helps reduce strains and helps to prevent many sports injuries.
