My home abs workout!!#14

Hlww guys, hope u r gud and fine. Today i am here with a another intresting home workout blog(abs).Most of the youngester want 6-pack abs but they lack coz of improper exercise or diet plan.today i am here with a set of 5 exercises which can be both by both who want to burn their stomach fat as well as for those who want abs:->>.
1:-Russian crunches
2:-Leg raises
3:-plank
4:-reverse crunches
5:-crunches

1:-Russian crunches

Position:-Sit on the floor and bring ur legs out straight.Lean back slightly so ur torso and legs form a v-like shape,bracing ur abdominal wall to engage ur core.Balancing here, twist ur torso from side to side without moving ur legs.

Reps/sets for gud results:-Aim for two or three sets of 10-12.

**DO THIS EXERCISE ACCORDING TO UR STRENGTH EXCESS DOING THIS EXERCISE MAY CAUSE STOMACH PAIN**

2:Leg Raise

This exercise is best for building lower abs.

1:-Lie flat on ur back on floorwith ur legs straight in front of u.

2:-Place ur hands at ur sides by floor for support.

3:-Flexing ur lower abdominal, raise ur legs until they r perpendicular to the floor.

4:-retain tensions as ur lower your legs to the beginning position.

3:-Plank

This exercise is best to make ur whole abs on fire.

Start in a high plank position.Bend ur elbow and rest ur weight on ur forearms. Your body should form a straight line from ur shoulders to ur ankles. Brace ur core as if u were about to be punched in the stomach(Don’t forgot to breathe.)

4:-Reverse crunches

This exercise primary target ur upper and lower abs.

1:_Lie flat on ur back on the floor with ur legs straight in front of u.

2:-Place ur hands and palms down at ur side for support.

3:-Slowly bend ur legs at the kneesand bring them toward ur chest.

4:-Once ur knees are by ur chest,raise ur shoulder and torso as far as possible from the ground in a curling movement without raising ur back from the floor.

5:-Return ur legs to the starting position and bring ur torso back to the floor.

5:-Crunches

This exercise primarily target ur upper abs.

1:-Lie flat on ur back on the floor with ur legs bent at the knees.

2:-Place ur hands by ur chest.

3:Raise ur shoulder and torso as far as possible from the ground in a curling movement without raising ur lower back from the floor.

4:-Retaining tension ion the abs,bring ur torso to the starting position.

**DO THESE ALL EXERCISE ACCORDING TO UR STRENGTH COZ EXCESS DOING THESE EXERCISE MAY CAUSE ABDOMINAL PAIN**

Hlww guys i am not publishing blogs from some days.Many of my fellow blogger questioned me for this. Guys i am not felling well from some days.At starting i have a little bit of pain in my stomach but after a day i have tiredness,cought and sickness. The first thing that comes in my mind that i am suffering from the novel covid-19………………but after the test i found negative their and the doctor advised me to take rest coz it is normal viral. After 2 day of recovery i am felling gud and going to upload the new blog on day after tomorrow.Hope u guys understand.

My Home arms workout!!#

With the covid-19 pamdenic.none is going to the gym for a while,but that doesn’t mean u stop workout.Hlww guys again i am here with a new blog, which is basically on arms workout.We’ve put together a 7-move home arm workout that will work your triceos,biceps and forearms.

Bodyweight Tricep Workout:-

You have to be know that triceps make up around 60% of ur upper arm, if u want bigger arms u have to be work on it.There r manily 2 exercise to train triceps:-

1:-Bodyweight Dips

2:-Diamond pushups

:-Bodyweight Dips

Stand faceing away from a bed,a chair grab it with both hands at shoulder width.extend ur legs in front of u.slowly lower ur body by flexing ur elbow until ur arm and forearm create a 90degree angle.Using ur triceps lift ur body to the starting position.

:-Diamond pushups

SIMPLY LAY ON THE GROUND.GETY INTO A NORMAL PUSHUP POSITION ,BUT TOUCH YOUR INDEX FINGERS AND THUMB TOGETHER AND FORM A SHAPE OF DIAMOND.

THIS PUSHUP MANILY TARGET UR TRICEPS MIDDLE CHEST.BY PRACTISING THIS EXERCISE DAILY U GET A STRONG CHEST,STRONG TRICEP.

Bodyweight Forearms Workout:-

Forearm plays a major role in arms.So,if u guys want to skip the forearms than u r doing a mistake coz many bodyweight as well as gym workout need pwerful forearms, more the power in ur forearms the more strength u will get to lift heavy or to do many reps in a set.

1:-Pullups

2:-Dead Hangs

3:-Finger tips pushups

:-Pullups

In this exercise u just need a bar or something that’ll support ur weight.

1:-The ideal hand position is with your palm facing away from u

2:-Activate ur forearms more by gripping the bar more tightlyor using a thicker bar.

3:-Lift urself toward the bar.

4:-You can increase the size of a bar just by wrapping a towel around it.

:-Dead hangs

1:-Grip the bar and hold as longer as possible,with ur elbow slightly bend.

2:-This helps to develop grip strength ans is easier than doing pullups .

:-Finger Tips Pushups

  1. Kneel down by a bench or sturdy object, and bring ur fingertips down on the surface.
  2. Slowly and with control, bring your chest to the bench, bending your elbows at a 90-degree angle.
  3. Return to the starting position.
  4. Do 2 to 3 sets of 8 to 12 reps.

**This exercise is a little bit typicall for the beginner.So,I will request that not to do this exercise if u r a beginner coz a little bit unbalance can hurt ur fingers. So, take care while exercising:-)

Bodyweight Biceps workout:-

1:-Reverse Hands Pushups

2:-Incline Push-ups

:-Reverse Hands push-ups

The reverse pushup is like a traditional pushup in every way-other than the position of ur hands.

Instead of ur hands and fingers pointing forward,as they do with a standard pushup, your hands are flat, but with ur fingers pointing back toward. This variation gives ur biceps an extra challenging workout.

Safety tips:-

While training ur shoulder and lower back are especially vulnerable to injury if u don’t use the correct form.If u have pain in ur wrist,shoulder and back, talk tu ur doctor before trying this exercise.

:-Incline Push-ups

Place ur hands slighty wider than shoulder-width apart on a bed or a chair, with ur feet planted on the floor.Bend ur arms and lower ur body until ur chest touches the bench.Push ur body back up toi the starting position

Have you ever wondered how ancient Indians were able to predict that there is water on Mars or how they were able to calculate the distance between earth and moon without any telescope or satelite.Well, in this blog, I am going to answer all these questions. Answers are totally based on my imagination.

Well, the answer to all these questions is mathematics. Mathematics is used to know the unknown. It is done by mathematical calculations which includes variable which affect that process, how they react with each other and many tools like operators, functions and maybe some more that I may not include. Operators and functions act on these variables and thus we draw a conclusion. But even after following the same processor which ancients used to do, why are we not able to make those kind of calculations???
