Who is your role model?

My parents as well as my friends who always supported ans inspired me are my role model.

What was your biggest failure and what did you learn from it?

I prepared a lot for the physical of the indian army but i could not clear the physical:-< i was broken inside and ashamed that even after lot of preparation i am not able to clear the physical of indian army ,then my friends explained me that “u have lot of chances left u should have not to lost hope”and i learn that whenever the situation is difficult don’t lose hope:-).

What do you find the most frustrating about blogging? 

I found nothing frustating in bligging.

My whole followers,parents and friends are my strength.

Tonight, I am just thinking about how mathematics would have invented? This question is special because mathematics is really a very different language. Yeah really, I just figured out that all other languages in world that have been ever created were dependent on our five senses for their formation. but HOW?

There are 2 kinds of words in every language around the world. First kind of words, they have some kind of image associated with them which comes in our mind through our life experience. Like when you ‘mango’…image of mango may appear in your mind.Second kind of words, they are nothing but used to complete the meaning of the sentence…they may define the time reference when an event might have occurred (basically verbs) but what’s special in ‘Mathematics’?

IF U R A BEGINNER THAN IT IS A LITTLE BIT TOUGH FOR U BUT IF U R A REGULAR TRAINEE U HAVE TO DO 12-15 REPS IN A SET.
FOR BEGINNER:-IF U R A BEGINNER PUT UR KNEE ON THE GROUND AND UR BUTT HIGH AND START PRACTISING THIS 12-15 REPS IN A SET..

3)REVERSE FLIES:-

FOAM:-STAND WITH UR FEET SHOULDER-WIDTH ,HOLDING A DUMBBELL IN EACH HAND.
:-BEND FORWARD AT THE HIPS UNTIL YOUR CHEST IS ALMOST PARALLEL WITH THE GROUND.ALLOW THE WEIGHT TO STRAIGHT DOWN ARM’S LENGTH,PALM FACING EACH OTHER.
:-KEEP UR BACK FLAT, RAISE UR ARMS OUT TO UR SIZE UNTIL THEY’RE FLAT WITH YOUR SHOULDER AND SQUEEZE UR SHOULDERS AT THIS POSITION.
:-RETURN TO THE STARTING POSITION AND REPEAT.
:-)BENEFITS:-PRIMARILY THIS EXERCISE TARGET UR UPPER BACK AND ALSO ENGAGES THE POSTERIOR DELTOID.

4)MILITARY PRESS:-

THIS EXERCISE IS BEST FOR ENTIRE SHOULDER AND BACK.

WHEN I WAS IN MY HIGH SCHOOL CLASS THEN AN INCIDENT BEGIN THAT A BOY COMES TO ME AND TOLD ME THAT “IT’S MY SEAT HOW DARE YOU TO SIT ON MY SEAT AND THROW MY BAG DOWN ON THE FLOOR”WHEN I REPLIED TO HIM THEN HE SLAPED ME AND I START CRYING THAT DAY WAS HORRIBLE AND I TAKE A DECISION THAT I HAVE TO TAKE REVENGE.BUT I AM TOO WEAK TAHT’S WHY IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO TAKE MY REVENGE THEN I DECIDED TO MAKE ME STRONG SO THAT I ANSWERED THAT TYPE OF GUYS BUT DUE TO STUDIES I STARTED MY HOME WORKOUT IN MY 12TH CLASS(SENIOR SECONDARY).THEN ONCE I AM ABLE TO BEAT HIM HAND FIGHTING,PUSHUPS,PULLUPS AND IN MANY OTHER PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES BUT I NEVER BOAST MYSELF.NOW WE HAVE A GROUP OF MY 7 FRIENDS WHO CAME TO ME FOE EXERCISE.GUYS IF U HAVE A LITTLE BIT OF INSPIRATION TO TRANSFORM UR BODY THEN IT IS MY PROMISE TO U TAHT I WILL DEFINATELY TRANSFORM UR BODY WITHIN MONTH .

  • Because it will help you focus your own ideas about your blog and what you’d like to do with it.

The post can be short or long, a personal intro to your life or a bloggy mission statement, a manifesto for the future or a simple outline of your the types of things you hope to publish.

To help you get started, here are a few questions:

  • Why are you blogging publicly, rather than keeping a personal journal?
  • What topics do you think you’ll write about?
  • Who would you love to connect with via your blog?
  • If you blog successfully throughout the next year, what would you hope to have accomplished?

You’re not locked into any of this; one of the wonderful things about blogs is how they constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with one another — but it’s good to know where and why you started, and articulating your goals may just give you a few other post ideas.

Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.
